Requests are not confirmations
Submitting a training request does not confirm a class. A class is scheduled only after we contact you to review availability, location, pricing and training details.
Cancelling or rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed class, contact us as soon as possible so we can review options with you. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are reviewed with you at the time your class is confirmed.
